Atendimento da recepção muito bom, pousada gostosa e agradável! Casa da manhã simples mas gostoso. Pousada em ótima localização, a poucos metros do centro. Pontos negativos foram a limpeza que se dominó não é realizada, e que no café da manhã não possuia gelo e os sucos estavam quentes De resto, tudo ótimo! Voltarei mais vezes

Não volto nem de graça

Foi uma experiencia ruim! Cheguei e o atendente João foi bem gentil. Fiquei no quarto 8. O chuveiro estava fora da tomada (sim, tinha uma tomada) e a tomada estava derretida. No dia seguinte antes do meu passeio avisei um rapaz e entreguei a chave para que concertassem. Quando retornei as 19, a recepcao que era para ficar aberta ate as 21 estava fechada e eu sem a chave do quarto. Liguei no numero de emergencia que estava na porta e o telefone tocava na propria recepção. Apos ligar algumas vezes e entrar por tras do hotel e começar a pedir ajuda, um rapaz saiu de um quarto bem mau humorado, abriu a recepção pegou a chave do quarto e me devolveu. Entrei no quarto e o chuveiro estava do mesmo jeito... segundo dia de banho frio. Outro problema que tive, é que o café era servido as 6:00, mas no domingo esqueceram de colocar o cafe... tive que ficar chamando para alguém aparecer e colocar algumas coisas para eu comer. No terceiro dia me trocaram de quarto para eu tomar um banho quente. Por dois dias peguei coisas estragadas no café: os frios estavam azedos em um dia e o melão em outro. Os quartos tinham itens quebrados: cabeceira da cama, apoio de toalha. O barulho dos motores dos ares condicionados do hotel vizinho ecoa nos quartos. No ultimo dia começou a surgir um cheiro forte de esgoto e apareceram 2 baratas que eu mesma matei. A TV do quarto 8 pegava vários canais, ja do quarto 9 só pegava globo. Do hotel só o atendente João que não estava nos momentos dos problemas salvou!

Regular, pode melhorar!

O atendimento dos funcionários é exepcional, educados e cordias, mas o quarto apresetou cheiro forte de mofo, portoes abertos o tempo todo, inclusive a noite toda, cafe da manhã ok.
