She was hard working, courteous, knowledgeable about the area and a true beacon of hospitality. My gratitude to Jennifer and the entire team at BB for making my stay truly relaxing."

"Our room was clean. And the linens were crisp and fresh. I enjoyed the pool and swam laps the two days we were there. I like that it’s also walking distance to the intercostal bridge-it was to us because we love to walk. And I think, it being affordable, and with the amenities it offers, and its location, I highly recommend it. This is a great weekender just to get away from it all which is what we did and it worked perfectly. We would come back here again."

"This location, across from the beach, is perfect. While the rooms are not big, they are very well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. The food from room service was very good, and that was quite important to us as we arrived on a red eye flight. Then, without a reservation (we left another hotel that mistakenly said they had room service) they gave us a room when we arrived at about 9:30 AM. To get the best price, we booked online from the front desk!. The employees are all great, and although we usually do not choose valet parking, they were excellent with bringing up the car with a phone call. This hotel chain realizes that the customer has a long memory, and service is the name of the game. Thank you Opal!"

"Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Love the bathroom that featured a walk-in shower and shower door instead of a bathtub shower with shower curtain. Also, the bathroom mirror didn't get steamed up from the shower. It would have been nice if the shower head was handheld, but the one that it had was acceptable. This hotel would have gotten an all-around excellent grade however I did not like that I was surprised to find out when checking in that parking was extra. I don't remember that being mentioned in any of the literature. I consider that $20 per day plus service charge plus tax for parking a bit on the exorbitant side. That and the fact that support posts on the sides of the super narrow parking spots prohibit you from getting out of your car once parked."
