"I’m not sure I would stay here again. The pillows are atrocious! There is no water pressure in the shower and the AC sounds like a plane taking off. The pool is small but ok. You can hear people in the hall clearly. The breakfast food is cold, bland, and the same every single day. Great location though. "

"The Wi-Fi went out a lot, unfortunately, and the room was very damp. We did come back to all of our clothes feeling very damp maybe just needs a humidifier in room 424 , staff was very nice and helpful, pool was clean , breakfast was hot and ready

"They place was way under staffed. It took 45 minutes to get a sandwich, the bars was very depleted to the point the bas tender had to leave for roughly 10 minutes to go get alcohol to make guest drinks. I was drinking water so was not a problem for me. The checking in was a 4:00 and was told most likely would get in around 3:00 but would receive a text when the room was ready. 4:00 came around and did not receive a text. There were a lot of frustrated people in the same situation trying to get into t here rooms. Again, under staffed and poor management. "

"don't understand why people have a problem with online check-in. it's only slow because customers are not very smart. if you do the pre check-in it takes 2 minutes to get your key. whether there's a live person or a monitor if you're not smart it's going to take you forever. hotel is fine it's clean comfortable and in a nice location."
