"The rooms are lovely… however, the curtains are paper thin and allow all the glaring garden lighting coming through curtains. The light into the room is unacceptable. It is an easy fix, but management didn’t bother talking to me. Instead it went through the front desk. Do your job management. You have a lovely hotel. Fix the lighting and curtains.."

"Look no further The Lovina is the place to stay for genuine hospitality and an experience you will carry home with you. The service was exceptional, but it was the people who made our stay unforgettable. Efa deserves special recognition. The warmth, patience, and genuine care Efa showed us made us feel truly valued, never like just another reservation. Efa was one of the biggest reasons this trip meant so much to us. Efa and Indra did far more than drive us around Bali. They shared their stories, answered our countless questions, and taught us about Balinese culture, religion, traditions, and everyday life. They helped us understand their home rather than simply see it. Those conversations turned a beautiful holiday into something deeply meaningful. I genuinely feel I grew as a person through this experience. Thank you also to Boy, Buda, Eddy, and the kitchen team for helping make our stay so special. Lovina will always have a place in my heart, and The Lovina is somewhere I want to return to again and again—not only for the destination, but for the people and how they made us feel. To anyone still comparing hotels: stop looking. For us, The Lovina was more than a place to stay; it became one of the most memorable parts of Bali. "Our stay at Padma Resort Ubud was exceptional, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Indonesia. One of the biggest standouts was the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered probably the best diversity of cuisines I have experienced at any hotel in the world. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Fire & Feast experience, which included an incredible platter with five different proteins, sides, sauces, soup, salad, and gelato. There is also so much to do within the resort. We enjoyed the hike to the bamboo bridge, and the hotel offers numerous complimentary activities, including archery, golf, animal feeding, and fishing. The swimming pool and fitness center were also excellent, and I appreciated being able to maintain my daily exercise routine. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and hospitable, and we appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival. The location is also convenient for exploring Ubud and the surrounding attractions. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel this resort deserves even more recognition. With stronger marketing, I think Padma Resort Ubud could easily become an even more well-known destination. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Adi is excellent , very professional, helpful , kind and patient. The staff were also very polite , friendly and give service . The hotel is beautiful in a relaxing Jungle , you feel as if are living in our own house all secluded and in a magical spot . Best place to relax unwind and enjoy the spirit and beauty of Bali. We will come back and recommend to others."
