"we did not try the food, only slept there. Expedia did give us confirmation number but they did not correspond to the information the hotel had.They had to rebook us. we did not have to pay extra. They did say I payed a lot, via expedia. booking directly with them would have been cheaper and would have given us the proper confirmation. We were lucky they had space for us!"

"Overall Novotel is good, however the room that we in, had a very noisy air con. The fan is so loud. You will not realise it during the day, but at night it is so noisy."

"It did its job and pretty decent for the price. HOWEVER, I do not like the layout of the room. The toilet and shower is in one room together with the bed. the view of mg bed is basically the toilet. I do not get how and why. Also, it is very noisy and can hear the cars outside. I think the hotel knows this and already provided free earplugs. I will not book this hotel ever again."

"The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a small lift and staircase, along with an all-hour side access door using a key code. Entry to the room is also key coded. Theres a cupboard, iron, hair dryer, bar fridge and kettle in the room. There’s also food and drinks downstairs which are reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, despite the blockout curtains, the light from billboards and train station still shine into the room. You can also hear faint sound from the train and foot traffic. This could be a problem if you are a light sleeper or need a dark room to sleep."
