"Kind of disappointed in the room hotel choice of room for me when I arrived. They gave room to someone else then claimed it was overbooked once Hotel.com spoke with them. They explained to me totally different. In for me to have that room I must extend my stay from 3 days to 5 days and that’s for any room with tub and washer/dryer combination. Not Cool someone should have NOTIFIED me August 1 of their changes. Hotel.com you all sent my reservation to them very late. She stated it was just a few days before my arrival that Hotel.com sent over the service to them. All the wall devices for phone to charge didn’ work!"

"The staff were wonderful. We had a late check in, but were still greeted warmly and checked in quickly. After checking out the next day and traveling about twenty minutes down the road, we discovered we were missing a crossbody bag. We returned to the motel and found it safe and secure with a staff member. The staff truly care about their guests."

The lady at the window with the long gray hair is very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and the shower pressure was great. "
