"Extrêmement satisfait ds mon passsge au Sheraton. Hôtel directement connecté au Terminal 1 de l’aéroport Malpensa-Milan, idéal pour être déjà sur place pour le vol du lendemain midi. Chambre plus que confortable, insonorisation parfaite, literie au top. Et le déjeuner-buffet vaut l’extra, avec ses comptoir- omelettes, son mimosa et son smoothie maison. Pour les autres prestations, comme la piscine et le spa, je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de les utiliser. Je recommande fortement. "

"We received a breakfast to go box since we left before breakfast was served, this was great for the plane ride, restaurant had amazing food for dinner. and the front desk staff was so helpful and kind "

"Shuttle driver drove angry, and not like in the good way that gets you to you gate on time but more like the type that results in a broken luggage wheel. Room had like zero ventilation. Oh, and for future guests, the water in the mini-fridge is free, but they don’t tell you this anywhere. You are supposed to just know that it is not on the price list that is proudly displayed. So tap water it was. The outside is pretty."

"This was the most beautiful hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy and Switzerland. While other hotels trend toward contemporary modern design, which is fine, the Hotel Dino provides the opposite. It was like the great grand hotels of the past. The decor is extremely upscale and beautifully put together utilizing wood paneling, tufted leather, art, crystal and silk. The location cannot be beat on the coast of Lake Maggiore. And the immaculate gardens and water features that surround this wonderful hotel give a sense is peace and beauty. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more days there. Visiting Baveno and staying at the magnificent hotel Dino is the one location we will return to in the future. "

"The hotel is quite modern, offers decent breakfast and the reception staff were very friendly. Only issue I experienced is that a guy entered my room after had checked-in. When he saw that I was in there he said “excuse me” and left. As I was relaxing in my bed at the time I couldn’t see who it was, it could have been cleaning or maintenance staff or it could have been that the room was accidentally assigned to another guest. All I know is that the person had a valid key and did not knock, so thought that the room was empty."

"This Hotel is a MUST to stay in.As you drive up you think you are in a time machine as you approach this gorgeous edifice from another century.Th...e rooms are spacious and you feel as if you are either in a castle or a museum. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Located only a short walk from the ferrys to the islands.breakfast was out of thos world.Fantastic choices everyday with spectacular service.This is the Hotel to choose if you are going to visit Lake Maggiore. "
