"The hotel is quite new, nice room but way too big! The bathroom is nice but not functional; no shower curtain or closure (water all over..) a big wash basin but no place to put things.. The hangers in the wardrope very simple/bad quality, chairs to eat but not a proper table… no waste basket..? the functionality had not been thought through.. quiet area, small balcony. Nice breakfast area, but no evening restaurant or bar, and located remote.. good distance to exhibition. "

"After staying 4days and no cleaning svc for room, I asked cleaning svc by email because of no front desk. Though hotel man answered very quickly to say ‘of course’. But when I returned the room, I found out that he/she did just bedmaking and brought the toilet paper. There was no cleaning for room floor, toilet and washstand. Also, when I arrived at the hotel firstly, I didn’t receive any email.Therefore, I made a phone call to him due to no front desk. Renovated fercilities are OK. But...

"We just wanted a quick night stay for a family of 5 while passing through Frankfurt for one night. We came in late and left early. It was perfect for this type of stay. The door to the hotel was close to our room and very loud but since we didn’t stay long it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t stay here for a week visit but for a quick stay it’s ok. "

"I have stayed in a lot of questionable hotels around the world, but this was actually the worst. The room consists of patched carpets, lots of stains, brown and red stains on the bed linen and mattress, the bathroom was disgusting. The rooms have windows onto an extremely noisy street with life all night long and since there is no air conditioning here it is a crisis.. we could not have the window open and it was around 30 C in the room. BUT the nail in the coffin was the bed bugs! Didn't see...

" The hotel is a complete disappointment. It’s under construction, yet there was no warning about it anywhere. The elevators don’t work, so we had to drag all our luggage up to the 4th floor by hand. The road in front of the hotel is blocked, and traffic runs only one way. The entrance to the underground parking isn’t marked at all — we missed it and had to drive 8 extra kilometers on the highway just to circle back. By the time we finally got to our room, we were exhausted and frustrated....

"This is a simple business type hotel. When we checked in there was a long line and the front desk person didn’t even talk to you when you checked in. He waved you forward with your fingers as he was arguing on the phone with somebody about a bill. Not exactly a warm, hospitable greeting. The room itself was fine. Clean with good beds. If you’re looking for a warm shower in a good bed, this hotel would suffice. I would, however, expect a much more appropriate greeting from the staff."
