"So - overall my stay @ CP was very good - owners/staff Vincent/Jean & fam were great - attentive & attempted to assist wi requests, inquiries, etc. The room was clean, although some minor issue with the shower & the odd time of power/internet going out - hey, it happens in PI. IT was nice to have the breakfast I chose & though their cook was out on holiday, Jean filled in quite well. "The room we have it was no Windo that’s only the problems"

"The A/C wasn’t cooling enough. Hot water in the shower was off and on and a little difficult to adjust. The wall-mounted water heater needs to be inspected. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety. The elevator floor needs to be cleaned as well as the lobby floor. Room is very spacious. Front desk personnel are very courteous and helpful. The location is very central, walking distance to most city attractions. The price for the room is excellent value. Will stay again if we ever go back to the city."

"Excellent staff, clean rooms, lovely access to beach and ocean area. First hotel I have been to where they don’t buckle and gouge the customer. Only minor complaint would be how warm the room was with the air conditioning unit placed very high. Other than that, could not ask for better accommodations. The pool was great and long enough to exercise for lap swim and they have multiple refrigerators to store large food items for guests."

"If your visiting Dumaguete, I fully recommend you stay here. The staff is very friendly, always making sure your room is good everyday. The restaurant in the hotel has amazing selection of food and very delicious. You can also order it to your room if you prefer. The room was very clean, The Aircon kept the room cool when its hot. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel does an amazing job making sure your stay is a pleasant one. If I visit Dumaguete again, I will defiantly be staying here again."
