Staff were fabulous - so accommodating. I’d like to thank the staff in the restaurant when I arrived late for dinner, and Jo and Kemi at breakfast. The rooms are well priced, comfortable and have everything you need for a comfortable pre-flight stay. I’ll keep returning here every time.

We found the room service food to be better and cheaper than the restaurants. The portions are huge, the food was excellent, and the prices were better. For example, main course plus fries were £35 in the restaurant and £19 in the room.

The staff were very friendly and the room spacious. Some people might not like that the bedroom window is onto the corridor so Jo natural light. The coffee supplied in the room is in a bag and the cups very small. No hools for towels or coats and could do with more attention to detail when cleaning ...
