"I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find.
I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets.
First the positives - front of house staff were friendly and the view was main selling point.
The negatives -
- My room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Sink and toilet stained and the bin...

"Modern, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a nice area - free washing machine and dryer was a great plus for longtime travellers. The only feedback is that the methods to access the doors for the first time could be refined - I'd suggest lock boxes. "

"We stayed at Melia for 4 x nights to celebrate a birthday. Hotel looks fairly unassuming from the outside , but a warm welcome and cool temperature (it was hot when we were there) greets you .
We loved the Level Room which has excellent views of the city from the 7th Floor .
Staff were all super helpful and efficient, great breakfast every day and a Level Room gets access to the VIP lounge, with complementary snacks and drinks .
An area that could be considered in respect of the lounge, maybe some music in the background, just to make a bit more atmospheric .
Great hotel, would highly recommend.
