"Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"

"Really enjoyed the stay at the Parrot Resort. It was close to town but quiet at night. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed interacting with the Parrots. The staff was very nice and helpful. "I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. "
