"Our second visit. King room with doble aspect, quiet and well serviced. All staff delightful and friendly. Check-in and check.out very slick. Maybe a drier for swimmjng costumes could be provided in pool changing rooms"

"The room was very nice with a balcony great views, room was very clean and spacious. There was a loose metal strip (carpet tread) that was loose, which could be a hazard. minor fix. but the room itself was very very nice. and great location with great views, lovely walk along the water front. parking can be a bit awkward when you first arrive as its not very clear where you go or wait whilst you go up and check in and get a parking pass if you have organized parking with the hotel. but when you do it is very safe and secure. with the couple of minor things mentioned, I would still definitely book again 100% and with a balcony river view."

"The room was modern and beautifully designed. Staff were professional and helpful. Very close to many restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre. Twisties under the bed were visible on arrival. Cleaning staff may need to be reminded to look and clean under beds."
