"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove. "A lovely estuary view balcony room enhanced by the late April sunshine. A beautifully fitted overlarge bathroom with feature bath and rain forest shower. Quality bramley accessories. Quite happy not to pay extra for the cooked breakfast as the continental version was comprehensive. The car park was tricky but the helpful steward organised our space satisfactory. The estuary view is superb and we would heartily recommend the hotel even for a few days despite the high cost."
