"Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time. When asked to leave, they did. ...

"There were some building works which meant we requested to change rooms. There was a slight delay checking in but also an upgraded room. A shout out to Deepak, one of the wait staff near the pools, lovely guy and couldn't do enough for us."
