In the shower, the mounted rod the hand-held shower head was on came apart immediately upon grabbing it. Apparently that wall mount wasn't installed correctly either. Other than the injuries going head-first into the wall, the hotel was nice, clean, polite staff, and the food was great. "

"The breakfast was cold every day, the syrup that was labeled hot syrup was not just cold but just out of the refrigerator cold. We reserved a suite two months in advance, when we got there they said that no suites were available. It is not like we showed up at 11:00 pm, we were actually early. So why were there no suites? The refrigerator in the room barely kept our beverages cool let alone cold. The ice machine on our floor was broken, we were told to go down one floor for ice, that one was also out of order. We were there for 5 nights and the same debris was in the hall way the whole time. The tub had a strange spongey bottom which was really weird. Never again. "
