The rooms have all been remodeled. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The porter handling our luggage to and from the ferry was a rock star! Outstanding hotel."

"We checked in the day after the bridge walk so it was pretty quiet. When I went in the FD clerk was in the restroom talking on her phone. I waited a bit and just before I was going to knock on the door, she came out. With that said, this is my fourth time staying here and you can't beat the view or location. We also enjoyed our room and since it was technically out of season, the price was very good."
