"The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and professional. The 4 star rating vs 5 was due to a filthy toilet (unspeakable things left behind) in our room, the floor in our room was dirty, and our room fridge not working. I would stay again, but I feel like our room was missed during part of the cleaning process."

"Prettiest landscaping on the island. Wonderful reception desk staff. Timely luggage transportation to and from the ferry docks. Generous checkout. Lovely garden seating area behind the hotel. Exceptionally clean inside and out. Would definately book there again."

"Whenever we are in St. Ignace, we always like to stay at this hotel. We like to go swimming, and they have a nice warm pool. Our room was recently remodeled and was very nice, the only complaint we have was that the blower on the new air conditioner/heater was loud when it came on even on low, so we couldn’t hear the TV and had to turn it up and down, but was not that big of a deal.We also appreciated that they had warm breakfast options like waffles and sausages and eggs on a weekday. This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and will definitely return again."
