"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. "The room had A/C, kitchen and was right in the middle of Kromeříž. Very nice place to stay and I would stay again. "

The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. "We had pleasant stay. Our bus arrived in Brno in early morning. Hotel Continental allowed us Checked in at about 7:30AM. We appreciate their help. The location of the hotel is the best, convenient to all the attractions in walking distance. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is with rich choices. We'll come back for sure."

The best yet-perfect staff, perfect stay!

"I don’t know if I’ve had the perfect combination of convenience, proximity, professionalism, friendless, and an incredible room all in one stay. Grandezza ticks ALL the boxes. Cannot recommend enough-from the spacious room to the killer views to all the activities in and around d the hotel, it’s the perfect place for a day or two or three in Brno. 10/10 will stay again!"

"I wanted a hotel near to the Vila Tugenhat and tram lines that would be good for an overnight stay. Hotel Europa met my needs. It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. The breakfast in the morning was a real spread of hot and cold options and very delicious. I was very happy at Hotel Europa"
