Staff very friendly, room nice, view dusts, but oke. Not happy that my cousin and I paid for the junior suite, but my cousin did got the room as shown on the picture on website, but I didn’t. She got the 704 and I got the 703. So paying for the the same room, but not getting the same room.

It is my favorite hotel in Bogota. Modern, clean, super nice staff, comfortable rooms and good buffet breakfast. Area is super convenient, in the middle of everything with a lot of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Love this place. I’ve stayed there at least 6 times and will do it again

I have been staying at this property for years. Breakfast is always you have to avail. Variety of choices. The consistency is there. Thanks to the house keeping team that kept my left belongings safe that I just collected 2 days ago. I can not remember the name but sounds like “Eloisa”. To the frontdesk agent, Sebastian, he is always willing to assist and full of knowledge about the city. I will stay her again. 🙏

Excellent choice- the hotel is very clean and comfortable with a very good buffet breakfast. All the staff, especially the front desk, are extremely helpful. Booking online was cheaper than paying at the hotel.
