Had to wait 2.5 hours after check-in to be able to enter room. The hotel is relatively new but very cheaply done, missing amenities such as soap or something to wash dishes. Room is advertised with a mini fridge but didn't have one. Breakfast is basic but fine. Overall would not recommend staying here

La persona de la entrada (por que realmente no es una recepción de hotel) muy amable, pero dicho eso, la propiedad es terrible. Es un edificio viejo que ha sido remodelado como hotel. El único ascensor es viejo y lento. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se oye todo lo que ocurre en el hall y las habitaciones contiguas. Las ventanas de la habitación no abren!! (el vidrio está completamente sellado). No hay ningún tipo de seguridad extra en la puerta (como un pasador o algo). A la entrada me toco firmar un documento que decía que no podía caminar desnuda o en toalla por los pasillos (porque al parecer los huéspedes lo hacen!). Mejor dicho un desastre. No se queden ahí, busquen en otro lado.

Hijole! Que difícil! Llegamos y supuestamente “no había agua ni luz” justamente en el piso de nuestra habitación; nos mandaron a “otra de sus sucursales”. El Uber que hicimos que nos pidieran para llevarnos se arrancó antes de subirme y me pasó el coche encima de mi pie, llegamos a la otra sucursal y “no pudieron hacer efectivo el seguro”, ni del hotel ni del Uber. Daniel (creo que era como el gerente o encargado y el otro chico que estuvo en recepción excelente atención, la chica no tanto….. Las instalaciones de la habitación dejaron mucho que desear, no se parecían tanto a las fotos.

Otima localização, servico impecável, agua quente no chuveiro, camas macias, pessoas que trabalham no hotel foram muito atenciosas e nos deram boas dicas de turismo. O hotel fica perto de restaurantes, drogarias, mercados e lojas.
