This is actually a review for THE GRACE Chapinero as i was transferred to them from Hotel Living 55. Grace Hotel Chapinero is a great hotel with a great staff. Walking distance to everything as the hotel itself is in a very good condition. Clean rooms

The property is very affordable. The check in agent were all helpful and friendly. The only thing is, the towels in the room. For a big room 2 towels and no hand towels. It says on breakfast included but i never had a breakfast.

The front staff will keep you waiting outside before they open the door for you. There are 2 staff inside chatting and can not open the door. Waited few minutes and had to buzzed few times. Don't stay here for security reason..

I did booked at Hotel Living but due to maintenance, I was then sent to the other Hotel called Grace Hotel Chapinero. I was greeted by Santiago and he was very helpful. He was very apologetic and explained to me why I got sent to this location instead.the place is great on the inside. Clean and modern. The bad thing is outside, It's hard to tell where the entrace of a hotel if you cant see the number. Outside is a little bit dark and no lights or big signage. (Its just a suggestion..) Make the entrance more noticeable and maybe a Glass door? Overall, it was a great stay. I will stay here next time.

No extra towel. I have been staying here many many times. The property itself is good. But for amenities, you have to ask from the desk everytime. No hand towel, no face towel, no bathmat. No hair dryer. They have kitchen in the room but no utilities. No cooking pan, no cooking pot. Nothing. Other boutique hotels are getting ahead of them.. Grace is a good hotel option, it belongs to Hotel Living also.

El lugar es muy bonito por dentro, el personal de servicio muy amable, la habitación muy confortable, el desayuno muy rico, café en el lobby le da un plus lindo y el servicio a la habitación también, excelente iluminación. El único detalle sería si el baño fuese más amplio ya que para dos personas juntas es muy incomodo. Del resto perfecto.

War insgesamt zufrieden

Habe vier Nächte dort übernachtet, als ich geschäftlich in Bogotá war. Insgesamt zufrieden, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war, abgesehen von der Kitchenette, gut ausgestattet (ohne jegliche Utensilien, aber mit Herd und großem Kühlschrank). Freundlicher Service; eingeschlossenes Frühstück war einfach, aber OK. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat: Zimmer im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug und schlechter Lärmschutz (Geräusche von der Straße und von anderen Zimmern). Habe vor allem die Lage, in fussläufiger Nähe zum Dienstort, sehr geschätzt und würde deshalb auch bei meinen nächsten Besuch dort absteigen.

Booked 1 night and end up booking 1 more night. Front desk agents are helpful and very attentive to details. There is a guy that checked us in on Dec 8, 2021 in the laye afternoon that speak good english. He is awesome. The lady the ff morning speaks a little english but we were manage to manage to get things together. She is awesome too. Great place. 35K from BOG to the property. 15Kpesos from the property to La Candelaria. In the middle of everything. Bars. Transportations. Convenient Store. Restaurant. All walking distance. Not that dangerous as other people think and say. I was able to walk around the streets past midnight on my phone (iphone13) playing Pokemon.
