Excellent hotel, charming in its aging. Breakfast strangely has no meat products at all — a puzzling way to cut costs. There are many staff members in the restaurant, but during breakfast they seem unable to keep up with the work.

THE FURNITURE INCLUDING THE MATTRES AND TOWELS AND EVERYTHING ELSE WERE TERRIBLE - PROBABLY 30 YEARS OLD. THIS HOTEL SHOULD INVEST IN NEW FURNITURE FOR ALL ROOMS - WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS ALSO VERY POOR.

The property is old, acceptable, however near the elevators there is a terrible smell of garbage that rises through the hallways. I reported the smell and they didn't do anything. Very bad customer service, I sent several clothes to the laundry, they lost my shoes and they never took responsibility or gave a solution. I asked to speak to the manager and they didn't allow it, they just said "the manager is going to call you" which never happened. The staff just kept saying"let me check" and never followed up the problem. Very bad experience.

Fatal el hotel, mala atención, el ascensor presentaba fallas, no tuvimos señal de televisión y pedimos que nos cambiaran a otra habitación y no fue posible, el restaurante muy mal también, al desayuno ni pagando fue posible unos huevos fritos, le falta aseo, nos afectó el olor a cigarrillo. Realmente muy mal, a tal punto que nos cambiamos de hotel. Yo estoy recién operada y fue terrible la estadía en ese hotel. Solicito evalúen la posibilidad de reintegrarnos parte de lo que pagamos pues no tuvimos televisión y por mi operación mi estadía fue permanente

Quiet and comfortable, in a lovely neighborhood

The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Natalia, the reservations manager, who agreed to change my reservations (due to disruption of travel because of the coronavirus) even when hoteles.com would not change.The bed and pillows were extremely comforttable, which, I think, is the most important quality of a hotel. The food was very good.

Property is good and comfy. Property needs a little facelift as it is an old hotel. I appreciate the big rooms which is almost as big as a small apartment. Will come back for sure.

Great value on weekends...

Overally good experience! Staff was nice, fridge temperature was optimal and rooms are spacious. A little bit old style and lighting is not the best at night, but would stay again for sure.

Me gusta mucho el hotel, a estancia fue agradable,personal amable y listo para sus solicitudes. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas. El único defecto que noté es la mala insonorización de las habitaciones, desde la recepción / piso del restaurante demasiado ruido, en algunos momentos el era muy molesto.
