One night stay

It's a good place to stay. Shared restrooms is a main thing. The noise starts early and you can hear it inside the room. The place is nice, comfortable and the people are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is not the greatest could be better.

Centric, clean, safe, affordable, breakfast included. Bathrooms could be upgraded for the comfort of larger families staying over. Tyles used in the bathroom are very slippery and Bogota is experiencing water issues.

The hotel didn't have any water, apparently because of a planned interruption of the service in the city; so we arrived past midnight and couldn't even wash our hands, but no one notified us of this and when we went downstairs to ask the reception person was asleep on the couch and we decided to let them sleep and ask in the morning. In the morning the water had come back, but it wouldn't reach the third floor, so we had to use a bucket to flush the toilet. I understand that this is something that affects the whole city, but I would expect the hotel to have a plan B and provide for its guests and it would be nice if you could have a heads up at reception of what's happening. Besides this, we were put on the 3rd floor, which would be ok if the hotel had a lift and we didn't have a baby on a pram. The stairs look like an accident waiting to happen. We booked for 5 nights but decided to leave after the first night. The area around was nice and not too noisy.

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, la habitación es super pequeña, un solo conector y estaba pegado al techo, tuve que desconectar el televisor para poder usarlo y dejar mi celular arriba del armario para poderlo usar, el baño muy pequeño y de paso en el desagüe de la ducha habían pelos que eran de otra persona cuando me entregaron la habitación, la entregue al dia siguiente porque el hotel es una basura. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE NI QUE LES REGALEN 1 MES DE HABITACIÓN. HE VIAJADO POR MAS DE 9 PAISES Y 20 CIUDADES, ME HE HOSPEDADO HASTA EN HOTELES CON MENOR ESTRELLAS Y ESTE ES EL PEOR DEL MUNDO, NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO. RESERVE POR 3 NOCHES Y SOLO DURE 1 PORQUE ME SENTIA COMO UN PRESO DE LO ASQUEROSO QUE ES EL HOTEL. POR FAVOR NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL.

Happy with my stay

20 nights in Bogota in a stay alone trip visiting friends Area was nice, had no issues with anybody. A couple of nice shops very local and Gran Estación is nearby which has many shops and an Exito which sells everything. Be careful if you're not a local if you use taxis as they'll bump up the price considerably. Beat and uber work well, but record yourself paying so they can't say you didn't. The only real issue I had during the trip The hotel itself, amazing staff. Room is cleaned each day by the staff. Beds are a little hard but comfortable enough. Breakfast was delicious. They were helpful with anything I needed and honestly went above and beyond what I expected for service. The only one who speaks English is a night staff, but with a voice translating app on the phone I was able to communicate with everyone. A good experience with very few issues, a reasonable price for a decent hotel which gives good service.

Estadia Hotel Central House

El hotel es muy acogedor, tiene una zona común muy agradable, los desayunos son muy ricos y el servicio del personal que atiende es muy bueno, es gente muy amable. Lo único es que las habitaciones son pequeñas y el piso es de madera vieja y suena muchísimo cuando uno camina en las habitaciones.
