La peor experiencia. Al llegar dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre y nos tuvieron esperando por mas de una hora; por medio de hoteles.com nos consiguieron una habitación similar en otro edificio y al intentar salir al día siguiente la persona de la recepción nos encerró en el edificio y no permitió que uno de nosotros saliera, a pesar que le explicamos incansablemente que solo uno de nosotros salía, que la otra persona permanecía en el hotel, tuvimos hasta que llamar a la policía para que nos dejara salir; uno de nosotros perdió el vuelo por culpa de este hombre que literalmente nos secuestró en la recepción del "hotel". Personas así jamás deberían trabajar atendiendo público.

Muy recomendado, buena limpieza y muy bien ubicado.. Si vas de turismo o descanso quizás no sea lo mejor, ya que en las mañanas hay mucho ruido, al menos que despiertes para salir temprano.. Yo viajé de trabajo, llegaba de noche a dormir y salía a las 8am, en mi experiencia me pareció el lugar ideal por precio y ubicación.. Definitivamente en mi caso sí regresaré, ya que viajo cada dos meses a Bogotá!!

great stay, just a friendly reminder that rooms don't have air conditioning, but honestly you don't need it because it was cold outside, The breakfast is excellent and very healthy, The hotel sits across the cube, witch it was perfect for the trip.

Boa alternativa em Bogotá para quem vai a trabalho

Foram poucos dias e passei a maior parte do tempo fora do hotel, à trabalho. Nesse sentido, nada a reclamar. Como há possibilidade de cozinhar dentro do próprio quarto, à noite subia cheiro de fritura vindo do quarto de outro hóspede... Os funcionários são todos muito atenciosos, educados e fazem tudo para que o hóspede se sinta à vontade. O sinal de wifi é muito bom, mas os brasileiros que precisarem carregar bateria de computador ou celular deve levar (ou comprar na cidade) um adaptador para a tomada, que é incompatível com a que temos como padrão no Brasil. Fica próximo da Universidade Nacional da Colômbia e relativamente distante do centro, onde estão os pontos mais turísticos.

Mal. Mal servicio. Los costos no eran los que se anunciaban en la págian. Cobraron por encima de lo anunciado y cargaron además el IVA E IMPUESTO HOTELERO. La primera habitación en pésimas condiciones. Sin agua caliente. Hibo que cambiarse a otra que también aparecía y el precio, igual, lo subieron y cargaron los impuestos hoteleros e IVA.

Nice hotel but second night price increase

The hotel was well located as it is near a commercial center, supermarkets, restaurants and is near the Transmilenio. The hotel had a very kind staff. The room was well kept and clean. It had a small kitchen but it was not very practical for use. The internet connection was very good. The elevator is very useful; however it is an old building (but reformed and in very nice condition) and we had to carry our luggage up a very small stairway (6 steps) to get to our floor. The only concern was the price. With Expedia we agreed to a price of about $68 for two nights, with a notice that indicated that taxes were included, but there could be additional charges. However, the nightly price of $34 was only for one night, and the second evening was at full price of nearly $20 more. We were disappointed when told this. We ended up having to pay $88 which we thought was overpriced for this hotel.

I would stay again

This hotel was very nice. The hotel is actually apartments units . The service was good, the breakfast was good, the neighborhood was good. Overall I was comfortable and relax because everything was clean and secure. Another good thing was that you have the mall near by and so many other stores around the neighborhood. I definitely would stay there again. And cab rides are very cheap to any point of bogota.
