"My experience was very stressful. The recepcionist Charged me twice, they couldn't reinburse the amount to the credit card. Instead they gave me pesos instead of dollars which I didn't need them. I am a usa citizen and they charged me for taxes and fees they should not have. The overall stayed was awful. The manager reinbursed me the money in colombian pesos till the day before check out."

"The hotel restaurant is great and has good options. It is important to say that Colombian food is usually drier than at other places, so do not expect pork ribs to be juicy. The hotel looks like brand new and I would suggest getting the courtains to completely close in the middle as sun light gets into the room quite early (we couldn't fix it in our room, so if there is a way, please leave instructions to the guests). Overall it was a good stay, but if the courtains could provide 100% dark room I would give 100%. Thank you!"
