"I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered! We especially loved the pool and cabana staff! Shaniqua and Jean Carlo were standouts! Also, Andrew and Jensen in the sushi bar. Superb!!"

"My experience with Bocabay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The communication was stellar quick, clear, and super helpful every step of the way. The team was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even helped me find reputable local services and checked in regularly to ensure I had everything I needed. The property itself was a 10/10! The condo grounds were immaculate and beautifully maintained, creating such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Inside, the home had everything you could possibly need , truly a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely book with Bocabay again and can’t wait to return to this property! "

"We stayed at Bocobay Gold Coast and it definitely was worth it. The unit was clean, with beautiful decor, and all the right amenities. The service and staff response was great. There are no negatives here. We really enjoyed our stay here and would choose this place over and over again!!"

"Communication just needs to be more forthcoming in preparation, but everything else was AMAZING! I would stay here again for sure. It was clean, very welcoming, well-thought out. The only thing I would change about the aesthetic is the shelving at the top of the stairs. Americans are bigger and clumsier than average and it's a little bit of a hazard if bumping into. Supplies were amazing! The kitchen had every dish we would need for cooking anything. The applicances were in great condition. The provide chairs and a cooler for the beach, which was a wonderful surprise! They should tell you that in their description. If they gave you noodles and an umbrella, it would be the whole package. We almost got those things for them, but didn't think of it until the last day when we ran out of time. We had enough supplies, towels, and blankets, all were very clean and of good quality. We felt extremely comfortable and happy in this home. The couch was also so very comfy. Thank you for providing us with such a thoughtful place to stay!"

"I couldn’t expect or ask for anything more of this place. Aruba is truly a Happy Island, filled with happy people. The property exceeded my expectations. The private chef service was a delight. The food was delicious and made with love. The flavors and attention to detail of what I requested for my family was executed. The taxi service was top notch. Most importantly we felt safe. Any and every question, miscellaneous or not was answered promptly. I am forever grateful and thankful for the hospitality shown to us."
