"The hotel is brand new, it was open in December 2024. It has 3 restaurants, a buffet offering asian, indian and international food, a great italian restaurant with great pizza, and one of the best authentic thai restaurant with the most amazing staff. You get a dedicated concierge upon your arrival who ensures you have a wonderful time and plans your stay according to your preferences so you can just enjoy and relax. But it goes beyond that, we were surprised with so many special and personal touches that just put the service above and beyond anything we expected. The food is excellent, the spa service was wonderful. We could not recommend this place any more especially for couples looking for a romantic getaway! We cannot wait to come back! "

The support staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my trip was special. On my birthday, the team, including the chef, truly exceeded my expectations. Not only was the food outstanding—beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor—but the care and thought they put into personal touches made me feel so appreciated. Every meal felt like it had been crafted with passion and pride, and the variety and quality were remarkable. One of the absolute highlights of my trip was my dolphin excursion with Captain Heavy Hands. His personality and kindness truly elevated our stay. Niheart gave us a wonderful introduction to the resort, showing us everything it has to offer. Knowing it was our honeymoon, he organized special surprises and memorable private dinners that made our trip feel truly unique and unforgettable.
