"Amazing hotel, amazing view, amazing staff!"

"This hotel is gorgeous!!! Although the room (ours anyway) was small, with no fridge or tea & coffee making, this all paled to insignificance once we saw that pool. It was stunning with a 10 million dollar view. We could have lazed there for weeks! Valentine and his staff were fabulous, their service was excellent, lunch by the pool, late night pots of tea (also by the pool). "This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep.
