"This facility went above and beyond in all aspects. Before customer service was absolutely fantastic responding within 24hrs. Asked for a room near the facilities and they accommodated - I have disabilities. "It’s a boutique hotel so it’s on the small side but that was a positive because the staff really focus on giving you the best treatment/ service. The view was beautiful, the pool and beach are stunning. It is a pebble beach but you can still swim in it. It’s a 18 min walk to Yalikavak marina and 30 min drive to bodrum city so it’s a perfect location. The staff are the sweetest and they pay attention to detail, any complaints are solved promptly. The restaurant there has delicious food as well....
