"While the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean, I felt it was a l very impersonal place, and the feel of more like a three and a half star hotel (it looks better in photos online). The AC never went below 24 degrees. I called reception a few times and they told me 'in 20 minutes' it will get cooler but it never did. They said they were replacing a belt for the AC. Except that there was a ceiling fan, it would not have been bearable to stay in the room as it was so hot and humid at this time. There were also numerous power cuts, but there is a back-up generator. I was surprised to only discover later that I had paid for full board, but they never told me this at check-in, so I only got breakfast. I was too late arriving, as my train was delayed, but they could have given me complimentary lunch at least before I left having got neither lunch nor dinner that I had paid for. But it was good value for the room. Not sure I'd recommend. I think I would try Hyatt next time. There is a small pool which did not appear on the website. They arranged driver to take me to Patna. Not cheap but a good car and careful driver."

"A great little hotel for big events like weddings so on. We found the rooms small but comfortable and clean. Nicely situated on a main road between airport and Boydgaya. Any foreign visitors beware. The tu-tu from hotel to market (Domuhan) costs 10 ruppies for locals but 100 for you. There are no bus, uber or ola, so figure this in your budget. If you fancy Indian curry the resort's own restaurant could step in competently. When we were there it chaotic and dusty outside deal to heavy road works and traffics."

"Would like to have at least one item that represents the local cuisine. There were none. It is high time that hotels - at least the hotels at this price and comfort range - get rid of the little plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. and bar soap. So much wastage. We were in fact very surprised that the liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were not there. Had only one little soap bar in the whole bathroom. We were two occupants. No soap in shower. Very unhygienic. Liquid dispensers solve all of these problems. Also please leave a small towel or two to wipe off the extra water after the use of the sink."
