The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. "I thought the property was fantastic and a great location,the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back,just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out"

"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."

"We went there for our wedding night it was really good. Staff were so nice, got free drinks. The food was perfect 😊 Loved the huge bathtub. Would be nice to have a dimmer switch in the bath but overall soooo great. Will stay there again 🙂. We had the bed l, breakfast and dinner. It was worth it."
