"The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous, with a mountain view that looks as if it has been plucked straight from a painting. The cleanliness is superb and I am talking about the entire hotel. I couldn't ask for more in terms of maintaining such pristine conditions. The SPA area is absolutely clean and well-maintained. It's a pleasure to see such attention to detail in keeping the place spotless and inviting. What's more, I appreciate that the spa is never crowded and always maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It truly enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The breakfast provided was incredibly delicious, with an extensive variety to choose from. What's more, you can order as much as you want, which adds to the overall indulgent experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak Spanish, there was always someone available who could communicate in English. This made our interactions much smoother and more enjoyable. "This property was a monastery. It’s renovated. You can see the details of the building, the manager explained the history of the buildings. That staff are very nice and go beyond to help you in everything. They have great choice for eating, the patio is a wonderful place to have a cup of wine, read, chat or the like. "Over all very nice spot. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! The room was hot with no way to shut off the heater or cool it down. Also you need a code to get your key out of a box in front of the building. Not sure if we missed a message or what, but we never received a code. Thankfully there were other guests who let us use their code to retrieve our key otherwise I’m not sure if we would have gotten in that night. "
