Don’t stay on game days. No reserved parking.

We were coming to a game at the stadium which is why we chose this hotel, so we’d have a place to park and walk to game. When we arrived, the parking lot was full. Thru had no parking for us and parking was far away and cost money. I’ve never had this happen as most hotels with half a brain reserve it for guests only, especially on game days. I dropped party off meaning I missed game and drove far away to wait to pick up my guests. We cancelled and booked somewhere else. Not pleased at all.

Leider war das Personal am Ankunftsabend schroff und unfreundlich. An den anderen Tagen war es besser. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin hat es geschafft einen zu grüßen. Top der Mitarbeiter, welcher uns das Essen vorbereitet und übergeben hatte. Leider war das Personal an der Bar hoffnungslos überlastet und unerfahren. Betten, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind top.
