The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. "

The hallway where our room was smelled of cigarette smoke, but our actual room didn’t. The bathroom may have been cleaned lightly before we arrived, but could have been better. When the sun came up, the ledge in front of the window was extremely dusty. For the price, it was okay. "
