"The room was dirty, all around the edges were full and thick with dust and dirt, gravel and stones, cobwebs all over. TV remote batteries were dead. Room taken an age to find. Hotel shower and mixer was poor with temperature and pressure control. It was the most expensive hotel I’ve booked for 7 ..."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was kept beautifully clean and tidy. There were good choices for breakfast, the restaurant had a good menu and meals were presented nicely and were very tasty. A good experience - thank you."

"We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats ..."

"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."
