Hotel Bem localizado - central

Inicialmente tivemos problema com o ar do quarto, mas foi prontamente resolvido. Excelente localização. A recepcionista foi super atenciosa com a gente. Nos autorizaram ficar mais tempo depois do check-out por causa q nossa viagem seria mais tarde.

Hotel antigo mas com estaff muito bom

O hotel é antigo e os quartos tem carpete, o que não é indicado pois tem que estar bem limpo (apesar de aparentemente limpo, fica uma desconfiança), mas o quarto era limpo todo dia e o staff era muito educado e solicito. O café da manhã apesar de não ser com produtos tão bons era bastante variado. Tem garagem espaçosa. O wifi pegava bem na recepção, mas nos quartos era bem fraco.

Boas instalações, péssimo atendimento.

Nosso check in no Hotel estava disponível a partir das 12h. Chegamos no estabelecimento por volta das 16h e ficamos mais de meia-hora aguardando de pé em frente à recepção, pois, apesar de termos reservado um quarto de casal, a atendente alegava que só havia quartos com camas de solteiro disponíveis. Nossa reserva foi realizada um mês antes da estadia! Só conseguimos o quarto o qual reservamos e pagamos porque outra funcionária (com um pouco mais de boa vontade) verificou que havia um quarto de casal limpo e disponível.

Para nós , foi o pior hotel que já ficamos em nossas vidas . Muito velho, carpete sujo, banheiro é banheira precisando de reformas, TV de tubo , imagem ruim , cama com lençóis mal cheirosos , etc, etc ...

Deixou a desejar!

O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente! Pedimos um quarto para casal e deixaram camas separadas. Tivemos de deixar nosso carro em um estacionamento com lama, o telefone do quarto não funcionou e o café da manhã só é servido até às 09:30, para quem tinha chego do festival da cerveja precisamos que esticassem o café até um pouco mais tarde. Enfim, pelo preço que pagamos, esperávamos uma estrutura melhor.

Bom dia Rosália, No dia 25/11/2014 conforme minha solicitação de viagem fui de Brusque para cidade de Blumenau, chegando no meu destino por volta das 22:00 tomei um taxi e me desloquei até o Hotel Geranium Blue Tower, chegando no referido hotel não havia ninguém na recepção mas as luzes estavam acesas e a porta estava trancada, liguei por diversas vezes no telefone que estava em destaque na frente do hotel e no telefone do email que recebi da confirmação da reserva. Passado alguns minutos um senhor do outro lado da rua me viu e veio em minha direção dizendo que ele trabalhava no hotel em frente também da mesma rede chamado Geranium e que o hotel que eu estava não estava em funcionamento pois passava por uma reforma, mas que eu poderia ficar no que ele trabalhava, foi oque eu fiz, no dia seguinte 26/11/2014 conversei com a Sra. Claudia que é a gerente de ambos os hotéis disse que havia uma falta de comunicação da agencia que faz as reservas com o hotel, ela deu-me um desconto na diária não cobrou o serviço de lavanderia e fui para o novo hotel Mansiones. Não me hospedei no hotel, não foi uma experiência agradável.
