"From the moment we pulled up to the valet, to the day we drove away we felt taken care of. The desk and concierge answered all of our questions and made great restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar served excellent drinks. What is the scent that we smell when walking into the lobby? We love it! The location was perfect for everything thing we wanted to sees. Walkable to all of the sites! We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Savannah!"

"We appreciated having a larger room, plenty of light, and a kitchen with a small dining table. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area was nice (though we didn’t use it during our stay). The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast - good but not great. The dining area had plenty of tables but the food area was quite tight. While we had no issues with the a/c, it felt “damp” in our room especially during the night. We liked having a balcony though due to the (small) width, we had to turn our chairs sideways to be able to sit out there. We enjoyed our stay at the Palmera and the pros definitely outweighed the cons."

"To whom it may concern, in our visit to your wonderful resort we noticed a couple of items missing from our toiletries and we would like to bring to your attention. We stayed in room 5050 (Thursday 2 through Sat 4). Whoever tidied up the room figured it was OK to take a pair of tweezers and a cuticle trimmer. This took place on the Saturday the 4th of July. We took most of our stuff to the car afterwards. We realize this could happen anywhere and are not expecting any sort of compensation, we just want you to be aware of the situation. We had a wonderful time, otherwise..."
