"The beds where overly soft. I sat on them and sank in. I could feel my husband turn when he slept. The continental breakfast consist of waffles, muffins, bagels. The cranberry juice was watered down. There was only half and half and regular coffee. I was not able to use the hot tub or pool but it looked clean when I looked in the room."

"I would have given an additional star, but the pool was being was not open due to maintenance/repair issues. I would not have used the pool if it was open. I would say there again. Breakfast buffet included in the price was good. They had free coffee available 24 hours a day. Again, I would stay there again."

"This is a really nice hotel. The indoor waterpark was perfect because it was too cold to use their nice little beach. We had an issue with door locks and the clerk we reported to was having a bad day and wasn't happy to help. But front desk staff, Nolan, and manager, Amber, went above and beyond so the small grievance was resolved with kindness."
