"Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. "

"Our biggest issue was the air conditioning barely worked. It was very hot in the room, even when I set the AC to 60. The shower had stains, the trim was loose on the faucets, our pillows did not smell like they had been cleaned, and the staff when we checked in was very short with us and not personalable. And the lady when we checked out couldn’t pull her nose from her phone long enough to hear of our issues. The list goes on, but we will not be staying there again. "

No lights in the bedroom. Overall room was dirty. The furniture looked like it had not been clean or dusted for quite some time. We have stayed in this hotel.Many times and this was the worst it has ever been. And I will be notifying corporate office. "
