"Booked online through Expedia. There were some additional fees that had to be paid at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay and recommend this hotel to others in the area. It’s a newly renovated hotel. We were grateful to find street parking right outside and its free parking after 6 pm until 8 am. Then you either pay through the app or a parking pass with the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot pool and sauna - that makes the hotel worth it! I appreciate the lobby area where I took my calls (needs more outlets). No refrigerator in room but there seems to be a communal one in the basement. Called and asked to place our food items in there. We stayed in the tiny queen room which was just enough space for us two since we were hiking all day! Unfortunately, no free breakfast but there was free coffee and water. We went to eat breakfast at River Daze Cafe across the street. Unfortunately the Mediterranean restaurant advertised online isn’t even open, the front desk person said that they are still seeking employees. Overall, would recommend and appreciate how close it is to the hikes!"
"Room was very reasonably priced and clean. We have stayed here twice and we love the buildings location and old charm! That being said, my only real complaint is that they need some type of air conditioning…it is listed on their website but that is not true at all. We have visited in October and April, both cooler months at night, but even with the cooler night temperatures, the rooms were terribly hot. The first room we stayed in the window wouldn’t open at all. The second room the windows did open but no screens and bugs were flying in…they do provide fans but I guess I just prefer to sleep a little cooler. "
"Parking sucked we could haedly get my small suv in-between the 2 cars parked there at our cabin, the 2 cabins on either side had prople living in them full time it looked like and both where loud and playing music tell about 3 am .just over all felt sketchy "
