"It was an amazing experience for my daughter and granddaughters, we had a fun few days and loved that it is pet friendly! Kristy is exceptionally kind and professional I would only recommend cascade motel for anyone coming to Oakridge to stay that needs it! The beds are comfy also!"

"Arrived around 4pm, check in was at 2pm. She said our room wasn't ready yet. The entire motel was empty. Had to wait for "our" room was cleaned. Couldn't check in because the owner wasn't there. When we finally got a key, we left for a while. When we came back, there was no running water. They gave us a few 12 ounce bottles. Couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The next day, they moved us. The new room was good. The manager was friendly & apologetic. The first night we wanted to leave, but there are no other hotels with vacancies near-by."
