1. Registration Delay:
At check-in, there was a system issue where my reservation displayed an incorrect card number, resulting in an approximately 30-minute delay. During this time, my family - including three young children (ages 5, 7, and 9) - had to wait outside in the car, which was highly inconvenient after travel.
2. Clogged Lavatory (Unusable Sink):
The lavatory in our room was clogged and completely unusable. A maintenance staff member later confirmed that the issue was due to a faulty stopper, indicating a pre-existing maintenance problem. The alternative sink near the coffee machine was too tall for our youngest child to use safely, making the room effectively unsuitable for our family.
I reported this issue to guest services and was assured that it would be addressed promptly. However, no one arrived for over 45 minutes, forcing me to remain in the room while the rest of my family went to the waterpark. This not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted our plans and took away from our family time together, which was a primary purpose of our trip.
3. Shower Issue:
The following morning, we discovered that the showerhead was loose and the water flow was slow, further affecting the usability of the room.
