"Awesome!!! Front Desk Staff was amazing & Friendly!!! Helped us out several times during our stay... Location is in the middle of everything, whether going to Sevierville or Gatlinburg... Room are clean, updated and comfy... Breakfast options are great for the start of the day... We will stay here again most definitely!!!! You should too!!!! "

"The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. "

"Renovations recently completed so photos shown are a bit outdatted. Facility and rooms seem a bit more modernized now. Clean ,quiet, walakable to island. No complaints "
