"After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I want to do (Dub Club; Pretty Close; Penfield Falls). "Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."
