"Still chillin"

"Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Although the front desk people were very friendly, neither Expedia or the hotel itself warned us there would be road construction right outside our room until 1 am. All the other guests had already asked to change rooms so we were simply offered earplugs which don’t help much when there is jackhammering going on. The hotel was aware of this and should have contacted us since they were putting us on that side of the hotel. Coffee and tea selections were very minimal in the morning in the lobby as well. Usually Expedia includes all fees in their final price. After we checked out the hotel also included another $60 in city taxes. Thankfully Expedia set it right and gave us a refund for the taxes. "

"While the room was very clean, there was no fridge and no microwave. And since I was on a business trip, that made it hard to have food to eat or bring back left overs. The shower had no pressure and both the shower and the sink leaked with no way to stop it. I did report that at the end of the stay. Bathroom was super tiny and no place to put anything. Towels super thin and definitely one use only. I try to reuse to save on water. It also turns out that it’s a party hotel for people hooking up and doing party drugs. Found that out from locals once I told them where I was staying. Parties when until 4am often banging up against the wall behind my bed. People walking by and knocking on your door for laughs at 5 and 6 am. Or just people super loud laughing and having fun while they smoked outside their rooms at 4am. And when it says Continental Breakfast, it’s just a coffee marker, dry cereal in a dispenser and milk in a mini fridge. Most of the room had boxed equipment in it. I feel bad for the owners because it seems this is not the clientele any hotel/motel wants. But for the amount we paid the photos and description were extremely misleading and I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and felt safer. "

"In the process of remodeling, none of the ice machines worked, minimalist furnishings with hardwood floors which seemed okay until the people above us woke up early and started clomping around. The hardwood floors transferred noise from upstairs, carpets would muffle the noise. All the furnishings were fastened to the walls except two chairs and a fold out bed sofa. The roof was spacious and clean but had a harsh uninviting atmosphere to it. Only one drawer in the whole room and it was gigantic at the bottom of the closet. "

"We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at all. Bed bugs and ants that were there were there I almost forgot to mention because there was so much nonsense. "
