"This property is soon to be renovated but guests were encouraged to ask if they needed anything, so I did and the front desk assistant Emily went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Really, really kind and helpful."

"This was a great hotel - it was conveniently located and had a great pool and breakfast. There was definitely a moisture problem in our room (felt sticky when we woke up and the carpet felt damp), but it could have been because it was so hot and humid outside and the air conditioner was working over time. But overall, we liked this place and will stay there again when visiting our son (student at IU)."

"First off the staff was AMAZING, he helped me when needed a first floor room, and then there were problems with the tvs not working so he helped me move myself and kids to a different room. He made sure we had all the stuff we needed for our stay and was very helpful and kind. However the pool was closed, he said they had it listed on their website, it was not and that was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to swimming. Most of the room was clean, however the microwave and stove top had food on them. The room overall was great sized and everything else was great. I would definitely stay again just for the size of the room and the amenities in the room for a family. The hotel was conveniently located and I liked the access to the restaurants. Overall I would give this hotel a B rating. I was happy with my stay."
