While the staff, were friendly and helpful, our stay was disappointing. The hallway and our room had a strong, unpleasant odor, smelling like drains. When we brought this up, they informed us they were dealing with an ongoing issue. It's unacceptable that they would rent out rooms in an area with a known stench. They should have closed off that section of the hotel rather than charging guests for an uncomfortable experience. On top of the smell, the room was not clean. We found at least 6 spiders and several spiderwebs, which showed a clear lack of attention to detail and thorough cleaning. Ultimately, the kindness of the staff couldn't overcome the hotel's decision to rent out a room with a known odour problem. I cannot recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed.

Mooie kamers, airco was wel defect, eten in het restaurant was lekker doch de 4 gangen menu werd veel te snel opgediend, na nog geen 60 minuten waren we reeds terug op onze kamer

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind—we are very thankful for their kindness. However, when we arrived, we were told that the room Expedia claimed to have reserved was NOT available because the reservation had not gone through so we were left without a room at the hotel.

Other than the AC that was a little wanting in 30c weather, the site is wonderfully located. We walked to all of suppers. There is a charging station for vehicles which was appreciated!

Camere moderne e ben tenute. Pulizia molto buona anche sulla moquette. Colazione a buffet con una buona varietà di prodotti e di ottima qualità. L'unica pecca è la mancanza della tenda in bagno (la stanza dava sulla rotatoria di fronte) e il vetro solo parzialmente oscurato. Da un hotel di questo livello mi aspetto un buon livello di privacy. Per il resto veramente soddisfatto.

We were there in June and there was no AC in our rooms and it was SO HOT. The people at the front desk seemed annoyed by us.
