"My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before getting on a cruise. It was perfect when we arrived staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great easy access to the port and walkable distance to all of the highlights in Seattle! Places with super clean! I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city! "

"This has been my go to Hotel whenever I was traveling. It’s very close to the airport. However, after 10 years of using this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it. They have new ownership! The carpet was terrible. It needs a new one. There was no Kleenex in the room nor water the free coffee, tea or water was out in the station was a mess, but the worst was the hour and 15 minutes it took to pick us up. There’s no more than eight minutes away from the airport we called. They said they would be there in five minutes. We called. We saw the van they didn’t stop. Somebody yelled at them down the way. They finally stopped and said they were full. OK they would be right back. That was another 30 minutes. When we got to the check-in, they were fielding calls from others that were stranded at the airport with we will be there in a few minutes. So I don’t mind staying at the low budget hotel the night before I leave on an international flight. But there comes a point when it’s no longer a good decision because you’re loyal. Their budget cuts from staff to Kleenex and water make it less than a budget stay. There was yelling in the hallways with explosives that made me fearful to exit my room. game over.!"

"After celebrating the life of my Aunt who passed away, I returned back to the hotel to the valet parking lot and was not provided service by a staff member. The staff member ignored me and then provide service till after one of his colleagues open the door for other residents, and I asked if someone was covering valet he pointed to the individual that refused to help me and then that person stood up and walked over to provide assistance. That is the reason I gave four stars to the staff because aall other staff members at that facility are excellent. "

"Staff was very kind and professional. The shuttle was very confusing and hard to get to. The rooms while clean was dingy and very out of the way. Not the worst experience but can be improved. "

"It's an older building with some creaks and groans but it's nicely remodeled and clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels are good quality. There is a good hot breakfast and other nice touches like lemon water and coffee in the lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful. "
