"The hotel lobby is multiple floors above ground level, and for our entire stay, only one elevator worked, resulting in long lines. The rooms were dated but today enough. Sufficiently spacious, no frills, Biggest plus was the location. It's a 5-10 minute uphill walk from the Symphony light rail station, a ten minute walk to Westlake Center, and a 15 minute walk to Pike Place."

"This is in a great location for walking. I came from SEA-TAC via train ($3) and walked to the hotel. Saved a $60 Uber. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream and a Walgreens all around the corner. The room was on the small side. It was great for one. Might be tight for two with luggage. They had lockers and a small lounge downstairs. I really enjoyed my stay and the price point was perfect. Staff was very Friendly."
